- Take 2 tsp Fennel powder
- Make ready 1 tbsp Mustard oil

- Take For tempering : 1 tsp Mustard seeds, 1 Dry red chilli

Steps to make Sweet And Sour Raw Mango Pickle:
- Heat kadai. Add 2 cup water. When the water starts boiling. Add grated jaggery. Boil till the jaggery dissolves. Strain it and keep aside.
- Wash the mango and peel it. Cut into length wise. Once it is done. Keep aside. In another kadai. Heat mustard oil. When the oil is hot. Add mustard seeds and 1 dry red chilli. Fry for few minutes. Add slices mango. Saute it for few minutes. Add turmeic powder, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, roasted funegreek seeds powder and roasted fennel seeds powder and black salt. Stir it continously… Add melted jaggery. Cook till it becomes gravy. Once i is done.
- Transfer to a serving dish.
- Cool it. Allow standing time 5 minutes. Store in a glass bottle. Don't keep in a fridge. Keep in a room temperature. When ever you like to have pickle. Serve with parathas or chapati's. It is good for summer season.

Heat the pan and mix sugar and water in it, enough to Remove from the heat when the mango pieces become soft and tender and the sugar syrup is of one. this is both sweet and sour mango pickle. this is my most favorite and its small with different aroma. because i used funnel seed and so its different with other pickle. its taste is very good and feeling yummy. i used little sour ans sweet mango which is rind is raw and pulp is sweet. if you get like ta. This pickle is so easy to put together. It is so instant to make and best served with roti or even plain rice. Once it comes as a sauce, add the steamed mangoes and toss well.
