Instructions to make Sweet and Sour Tofu:

- Take the spring onion. Just cut the onion side add to the pan. Reserve the green side for garnishing. - - Add cubed red onion. Saute for 30 sec. Now add broccoli and pepper. You can add whatever colour you like. I added red and yellow pepper. - Saute for 30 sec. Don't over cook the vegetables.
- Add chilli flakes, ketchup, chilli sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, honey. - Sprinkle some salt and pepper. - Saute nicely.
- Add tofu and saute for another 30sec. Garnish with green onion and serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
