- After that take a pan. Roasted desi grated mangoes for 10 mins.
- After 10 min. We need to add sugar then the mangoes left, then add water in the pan because of sugar, so we saute it until water observes in mangoes. Minimum 40-50 mins we should saute it.
- When fragrance and colour would come we should add all ingredients in the pan. Then again we should saute it until the colour would be changed. Then add all the batter should be thick and stick to the pan.
- Our jam is ready.
- Serve it with paranthas. Really it's very yummy.
