- Take pan pour sugar and water in it on low flame.
- Now mash the paneer 5-10 minutes and make a soft dough. Make small balls of it.put all balls into boiling sugar syrup. Cover it with a lid.
- For 10-15 minutes. As soon as balls float up and get double in size rasgulla is ready.
- Take these ball out and pour them into chilled water.
- Again put them into chilled sugar syrup. Ready to eat.
