  2. Add onion chopped cook it till pinkish
  3. Add ginger garlic paste
  4. Mix well
  5. Add all the vegetable sprinkle salt and cover the lid on low fame 2 min
  6. Add tomato pyuri mix well till mixture is thick
  7. Add Birayani masala,red chilli powder,and pav bhaji masala
  8. Stir well
  9. Add fresh cream stir well off the gas
  10. Take three bowl
  11. Do the three parts of rice
  12. In first bowl you add green colour
  13. Second yellow and third orange red colour
  14. Next take a big pan add pure ghee
  15. Add half green rice add some vegetables mixture
  16. Second layer half yellow rice add vegetable mixture
  17. Add 2 tsp curd
  18. Third layer half orange red rice add some mixture
  19. Same procedure one by one
  20. At last cover with orange red rice add 1 tsp ghee
  21. Cover with the lid for 10 min on low flame
  22. Sprinkle coriander leaves and some fry cashew nut
  23. Serve hot with vegetables rayta or boondi rayta
