  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mash up bananas and place in large bowl. Stir in brown sugar and let sit about 15 minutes.

  8. Bake for about 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven, let stand 10 minutes, then remove from pan and let cool completely on wire rack.
