  1. Get 2 cup Atta
  2. Make ready 11/2 Cup jaggery or Gud
  3. Prepare 3/4 cup Oil
  4. Get 3/4 Curd
  5. Prepare 11/2 Baking soda
  6. Take 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  7. Get 1/2 tsp sinemon powder
  8. Prepare 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  9. Get 1 tsp vanilla essence
  10. Get 1 cup Mix dry fruits chopped
  11. Take almonds,cashews,raisins,Dates,apricot,tutti fruity
  12. Make ready 1/2 cup Mix fruits juice
Instructions to make #Jaggery:
  1. 1-Dry fruits ko juice me overnight or 5-6 hours ke liye soak karein. - Gud ko microwave me 30 -30 seconds ke gap me melt kar le.
  2. Mixing bowl me wet Ingredients ko Mix Karen. - Next usme melted Gud dal kar sabhi ko achhe se Mix kar le.
  3. Wet mixture me sieve kiya hua Dry mixture & soaked dry fruits ko dhire dhire se Mix Karen.
  4. Cup cake molds me dale & preheated air fryer me 160 par 16 minutes ke liye bake karein. - Delicious & healthy cup cake ready.
  5. Ap agar oven me bake karenge to preheated oven me 180 par 15-20 minutes tak bake karein & check karte rahe.
