Instructions to make Crusty bread:
  1. Mix maida, Dahi, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, salt in a bowl. Add water as required to knead a dough.
  2. Apply oil on palms and keep exercising or kneading the dough for 10 mins. Keep it aside for about 30 minutes.
  3. After that, again knead it well for 5 minutes and shape it into an oval-round shape loaf. Top it with sesame.(optional)
  4. Grease your baking tray or mould. I used a tray here. Keep that loaf on it. Let it rest another 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  6. After 30 minutes, bake it to mentioned temperature for 40 minutes.
  7. You can keep checking in between. Keep brushing in between with butter.
  8. Once it is perfect brown, take it out. Brush with butter and cover it with a wet cloth for 2 mins. It gives a nice texture.
  9. Remove cloth,Let it cool! You're good to go!!
