- Roast it for few minutes then add chopped tomato. Keep flame low till tomato cooked properly
- Then add all masale turmeric powder, Red chilly powder, salt and coriander powder. Mix well
- Water and rice. Keep the flame high now. So, water starts boiling
- Quantity of water that low. Cover the lid. N whistle it for 4 to 5 times. Off the flame n wait till lid open
- Pulao is ready to serve. You can serve it with curd also. You can add peas n capsicum in pulav if you are serving with curd. I have made tomato curry with this. So, serving with that
