- At first wash the fish and marinate with salt and turmeric powder

- Now add all the whole masalas and bay leaf and alow it to crackle
- Fry the florets and potato with salt and turmeric powder,cover and cook
- Keep the fried veges aside.
- Now add oil if needed and add jeera, dhaniya,red, chilli and turmeric powder mix well
- Now add the tomato puree and salt.mix well
- Now add the vegetables mix well and cover it adding water.keep the flame low.
- Once the vegetables are done done add the fish and boil in a high flame.
- Finally add garam masala powder and garnish it with coriander leaves
- Serve it hot with steaming rice
