  1. Brown the meat and the onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Drain fat from pan.
  2. Add the garlic, jalapeno, and bell pepper and cook 5 minutes more, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in the rest of the ingredients, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Serve on buns.

Using a large spoon or ice cream scoop, pile sloppy meat onto toasted, buttered bun bottoms and cover with bun. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. In a small skillet, cook the beef, onion and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
