  8. Stir together, add the wine just about three tablespoons, bay leaf. Cover up, reduce heat and let cook for about thirty minutes
  9. Add 3/4 of the cheese at this point if you like, cover up for another five minutes and then serve.
  10. I served with boiled spaghetti. I didn’t have a grater so I just cut the remainder of the cheese on top. Bon appetit
