  2. Make ready 200 grams Minced Pork

  6. Take 1 tbsp Salad Oil (cooking oil)
  7. Make ready 1 can Canned diced tomato
  8. Get 2 cubes Japanese Consommé Soup stock
  9. Get 150 ml Tomato Ketchup
  10. Get 2 tbsp Butter
  11. Make ready 1 tbsp English paesley (If you need)
  12. Take Your tastes Salt & Pepper

Get that depth of flavour by cooking the sauce very gently until it's super rich. Spaghetti Bolognese is a classic Italian meat sauce that is a staple in most families. My super simple Spaghetti Bolognese is the perfect dinner for any night of the week and will wow your family or guests. Who doesn't love pasta drenched in a meaty tomato sauce!

Steps to make Spaghetti Bolognese:
  1. Finely chopped the onion, carrot and green pepper.
  2. Heat Salad Oil in a pot and stir-frythe onion until transparent. Add the carrot and the green bell pepper and stir-fry until tender.
  3. Add the Minced Beef and Minced Pork and stir-fry.
  4. Add Canned diced tomato, Consommé Soup stock, Tomato ketchup and butter in the pot. Simmer low heat for about 15 ~ 20 minuets until the sauce reaches your preferred thickness.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve over cooked pasta. Put on the English Parslry on top of the spaghetti, if you like.
