Instructions to make Hot and Spicy Paneer:
  1. Dry roast red chilli and keep aside.
  2. Heat a pan and add 1 teaspoon mustard oil. Add sliced onion and saute for a while. Add garlic,ginger tomato and green chilli and fry for 2-3 min and make a smooth paste from it by adding roasted red chilli also.
  3. In a same pan add 1 teaspoon mustard oil. Add the smooth paste and saute till the raw aroma disappear. Add almond paste and saute for a while and add paneer cubes and saute.
  4. Add turmeric powder salt and sugar and saute for 1-2 min. Add 1/2 cup of hot water and allow it to boil for 2-3 min.
  5. Hot and spicy paneer is ready to be served
