- Heat oil or ghee in a frying pan and pour a ladle full of batter and deep fry round pancakes in medium flame.Flip the malpua once one side is golden brown.
- Remove from oil and dip the malpuas in warm sugar syrup.Let it soak for 10 minutes then spread it on a plate.Drizzle some sugar syrup over them and serve garnished with chopped nuts or rabri.
