  1. Bring water to boil, following directions for pasta. Add pinch of salt to the water
  2. Once water is boiling, add pasta
  3. Cut Velveeta into small cubes and add to small saucepan. Cook over low to medium heat
  4. Add heavy cream and pepper to the small saucepan with Velveeta. Stir often, until all cheese is melted.
  5. Once pasta has finished, drain and pour into baking dish.
  6. Pour melted cheese mixture over pasta, coating evenly.
  7. Add both bags of shredded cheess , covering the pasta and cheese sauce.
  8. Bake at 375° until top starts to brown and cheese is bubbling around the edges

The addition of gruyere to the cheese sauce in this recipe is next level but of course whatever you have on and will work just do not use pre-shredded cheese.
