- Get 100 gm Flour
- Take 100 gm Wheat flour
- Take 2 Bananapeeled

- Make ready as required Pure desi ghee
- Take as per need Chopped nuts
- Make ready 1 tbsp Honey
- Prepare as required Chocolate syrup
Banana Appam Recipe with stepwise photos. Delicious appams or paniyarams made with ripe Jackfruit appam or Jackfruit sweet paniyaram is called Gaarige in Tulu. One of the traditional Sweet rice puff pancakes. Indian names: Sweet Appe, Godu Appo, Paddu, Kozhi paniyaram.
Instructions to make Banana pancakes and sweet appam:
- In a large size mixi jar put both flour, 1 peeled banana, sugar, vanilla essence,baking powder and milk grind and make fine batter.
- Cover the batter and keep aside for 15 minutes. Until batter turn fluffy.
- Heat a deep pan Pour 1/2 tsp of desi ghee pour 3-4 tbsp of batter cook on low flame till turn golden. Flip it once and cook both the side. As shown in the picture. Make all the pan cake using same method or you can make sweet apam using remaining batter.
- In same pan pour 1/2 tsp of desi ghee add chopped banana and caremlized both the side as shown in the picture.
- Remove out pancakes in a serving dish put caremlized banana on top of the pancakes. Roast chopped nuts in same pan. Drizzle honey and chocolate syrup over the pancake. And decorate with roasted nuts and serve warm.
- You can make sweet apam using remaining pancakes batter. And serve with chocolate syrup
- Drizzle honey and chocolate syrup over the sweet apam enjoy warm.
These two-ingredient banana pancakes have been floating around the internet for several years now, first on fitness sites (protein! low fat!) and then on parenting sites (toddler-friendly!). Sightings finally reached critical mass, and I had to try them for myself. Needless to say, I'm hooked. finally, serve banana appam or balehannu mulka topped with fresh ghee.
